RHT10 and TH10 Datalogger not being recognized or not connected

Hello - One of the most common issues that I come across in the field when working with RHT10 and TH10 customers is that the USB Drivers are not getting installed.There are 2 parts to installing the dataloggers. First, load the software program for the logger by going through the Setup.EXE on the supplied CD that comes with the unit.Usually on most systems this will come up and autorun once the CD is inserted into the CD ROM/DVD Drive. CO10 Carbon Monoxide Meter - Recall Alarm Mode

When using the Extech CO10 Carbon Monoxide Meter you ideally want to have a low PPM reading. In open fresh air you should have a number close to Zero. Sometimes if the meter has reached and past the 30PPM Limit it will lock this number into memory. This is normal operation for the meter because you want to know the high limit. Issue: Troubles establishing communication between HD600 Sound Level Meter and your PC.Most likely cause - USB Driver is not installed.Tips to resolve:First, go into the Windows Device Manager and see which COM PORT it has been assigned to under PORTS.
