Vatche,Thanks for responding. Have you captured images and transferred to a computer? Level of difficulty, easy, hard, etc.? Quality of transferred image? Is it easy to change microscopic settings and then return accurately to the original setting? And in general, do you find it a useful tool? Thanks, Dave

Duh! I missed it. These are great...thanks much. I have purchased  this item and look forward to utilizing it to view materials slit by a razor and other methods. I''ll sign off now.

Vatche...are you there? I have my MC200 microscope camera software installed and the USB connections made. The software does see the microscope. How do I get it to recognize the camera so I can operate from my PC?

David, after installing the software/drivers, and restarting Windows - when you plug the USB from the computer to the camera, does the computer and/or software recognize that you've plugged in a device?

Hi,

I tried to send my contact info but your server would not accept it, twice. I reloaded the application and driver but it still won't recognize the camera. I also need help on how the optic devices work. Nothing in the literature. I can see the camera's benefit but this struggle is more than I expected.
